Method Marketing provides marketing, advertising and lead generation services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and term of any engagement are set out in the individual agreement signed between Method Marketing and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of any particular result.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Method Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

SMS Terms of Service

1. Programme description. Method Marketing sends appointment reminders, enquiry follow-ups, service updates and customer care messages to people who have requested contact from us.
2. Opt-in. You join by submitting a form on one of our websites and ticking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent is never pre-checked and is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies, approximately 2-6 messages per month.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Method Marketing does not charge for the messages.
5. Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
6. Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@methodmarketing.co.
7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email Communications

By providing your email address you consent to receive service and marketing emails from Method Marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

Payment Terms

Fees, invoicing schedules and payment methods are defined in the client’s signed service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Method Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
